James Ruiz

I've spent 10+ years working inside the fitness industry, not just as a fitness coach but behind the scenes managing personal training teams and helping coaches develop their own approach to training and client results.

That experience taught me that results aren't about the newest workout or the most extreme diet. It's about a strategy that makes sense for you, knowing how to adjust it when things change, and having someone who actually pays attention to your progress.

I built JR Fitness Coaching around the way I believe fitness coaching should be done: personalized, structured, and hands-on.

FAQ

Questions people ask before starting
What's in the $9 30-Day Kickstart?

The 30-Day Playbook (day-by-day checklist, 7-day meal prep plan, $60 grocery list, eating-out guide and an "if you stall" checklist), My Exact Split, My Daily Meals, a Protein Food Chart, The Lean Muscle Blueprint and the 60 High-Protein Snacks guide. The first 50 buyers also get their calories and macros set by me. The price goes to $27 on Nov 11, and your $9 comes off your first month if you join coaching.

What's in the free Lean Muscle Blueprint?

A digital guide covering the fundamentals: calories, macros, meal structure, training for muscle growth, cardio and steps, tracking progress, and staying consistent. It's a general guide, not a custom plan. If you want something built around you, that's what 1-on-1 coaching is for.

I've been burned by a coach before. How is this different?

A lot of fitness coaching is a plan and then silence. This includes direct message access during the week and a check-in system built so nothing falls through the cracks.

What if I don't get results?

Results come from adherence, and adherence comes from being held accountable. That's the point of the weekly check-ins and direct access. I can't guarantee an outcome, nobody honestly can, but I can guarantee you won't be doing this alone.

What happens after I apply for fitness coaching?

I'll reach out within 24 hours to set up a short call. I want to make sure it's actually a fit before either of us commits.
